Our client is on the hunt for an experienced team leader that will be working for a reputable company that values their employees.
Position Summary
- You’ll be leading a team in achieving sales revenue targets by providing effective and timely deliveries and excellent customer service. Providing support to the branch operations to achieve performance targets.
Accountability
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of branch operations and strategy, market and customers
- Process accurate orders
- Effectively manage stock and maintain accurate product information
- Effectively lead and manage a team
- Maintain strong working relationships with branch and sales staff
- Deliver on key projects and other organisational priorities as requested
Essential Skills Required
- Computer savvy with intermediate level of excel
- Customer service experience and knowledge of Telesales
- Excellent communication skills
- Supervisory experience
- Good numerical ability
- Detail Focused
