Our client is a major leader in the aviation industry and they are looking for talents to be a part of their team!

You shall be assisting with:
– Providing general enquiries to customers
– Sharing of event promotions and prize redemptions
– Assist with cash register duties for sales
– Assist with carpark redemption for net spending
– Assist with membership rewards redemption and top-up

Job Requirement:
– Good communication and inter-personal skills to interact with passengers
– Team player and ability to adapt in fast-paced environment
– Prior experience in customer service redemption in malls is good to have
– Valid CPR / AED certification is an advantage

Working Hours: 1000hrs to 2230hrs
Working Days: Able to commit minimum 8 shifts per month
