Job Summary:
Description of Administration Officer
- Monitor and ensure all facilities in Bangkok office are working in the good condition.
- Support every staff and department in any requested.
- Prepare company document for management level approval and distribute to all concerned parties.
- Arrange the renewal of POES commercial registration.
- Handle accommodation and transport for all staffs requested.
- Monitor and order stationeries and office supply for Bangkok Office and Bang Chak (and order for operation field site as special request).
- Coordinate, prepare and distribute all documents and other stuffs between Bangkok Office and operation field site.
- Support in HR field such as: check Time attendance, Timesheet & Overtime Form, Staff Leave balance record, New staff process, Annual Medical Check-up process, prepare document and coordinate with Social Security Office, and other tasks as assign.
- Issue MSPR (Materials-Services-Personnel Requisition), create new vendor information in IDEAS system as requested.
- Process new AFE (Authority For Expenditure) in IDEAS system
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 1 year’ experience in similar position or responsibilities, or new graduate is welcome.
- Background in Petroleum industry would be an advantage.
- Administrative, time management, and multiple tasking skills.
- Microsoft Office literate
- Good English communication skills

- Good personality, initiative, service mind, decision-making, tight time management, possessing strong organizational skills.
