About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman with atleast 3 years experience in running and installing Hardscape projects.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Setting up and setting down the project/Job Site for the day.
- Be the main lead when it comes to all elements of hardscape work such as Paving, Decking, Retaining Walls, Base prep work and more.
- Liasing with key staff and management to ensure the project is on track.
- Organising and making sure materials, tools and vehicles required are ready and on site.
- Maintain a safe working zone and H&S practices are followed.
- Carrying out the work in an efficient manner and to a professional standard.
- Demonstrate Parrot Landscaping Values through day to day work practices.
- Managing and delegating tasks to your team.
- Lead by example.
Skills and Experience:
- Industry experience in all aspects of hardscaping and outdoor construction for a minimum of 3 years.
- Current Full Driver Licence.
- Team management and delegation experience.
- Knowledge of all tools used in outdoor construction
- Knowledge of construction materials, foundations and general structural components.
- Interpreting of plans.
