attending to phone calls, data entry, opening and closing of files, organizing incoming and outgoing dispatches, mails and documents and general administrative works
compiling, coordinating, registration and filing of relevant court and conveyancing documents
maintaining proper records and organize legal files
liaising with developers, banks and various government bodies (e.g. LHDN, Land Office, Court)
assisting in ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required and taught, which may include general litigation work such as drafting correspondences and documents, as well as conveyancing work, such as preparing Sale and Purchase Agreement, security documents, Discharge Of Charge, Deed Of Receipt And Reassignment, documentation for perfection of transfer and charge and related legal documents
Requirements and Qualifications
STPM, SPM, UEC (Junior/Senior High), Diploma Holder or equivalent
Computer literate
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proactive, good attitude, meticulous, resourceful and willing to learn
Able to work independently and as a team with great integrity and sense of responsibility
