PivotPoint is an Experience Design agency, based in the heart of Wellington’s CBD, that is on a mission to positively enhance the lives of people and organisations through design and technology. We are currently on the hunt for a highly organised Digital Studio Project Coordinator, to join our team on part-time, permanent basis.
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of digital studio projects for our local and global clients, by providing project management process skills, administrative support, building relationships through clear communications, and maintaining quality through strong attention to detail.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate the delivery of digital design projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Track and report on project progress, including identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks
- Work with the studio team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Coordinate the testing and QA process to ensure that projects meet client requirements and standards
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and status reports
About you
- You will have 3+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the digital design sector or similar
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency with project management software and tools
- Experience with digital production processes and technologies is a plus
- Ability to analyse and clearly share information
- Be highly adaptive and very comfortable working with ambiguity
- Be Independent, comfortable working in a team, online and in person
- You’ll enjoy the buzz that comes from working in a fast-paced environment where you can put your time management skills to great use
- Your flexible and unflappable nature and ability to work at pace will allow you to work with accuracy and attention to detail
