Plus Xnergy Services Sdn Bhd Is Looking For Customer Service Executive at Kuala Lumpur Full Time

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Promote and explain precise information to new customers and partner.
2. Overseeing the customer service process via phone, email, and social media.
3. Do follow-ups with the customers consistently.
4. Responsible for making outbound calls to our stakeholders on customer’s service follow-ups and other related matters.
5. Deliver fast response and consistent service to maintain close relationship with both new and existing customers.
6. Attend to customer’s feedback and follow up closely with after sales service
7. Attend to Ad-Hoc task assign by manager.
8. Contact / text customer to request feedback on service by partner (sales or installation or maintenance) and compile as a report.
9. Prepare weekly report.

Requirements:

Academic Qualification:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any discipline.

Experiences:

1. Experience in Customer Service will be an added advantage.
2. Pleasant personality, customer-oriented and communicates well at all levels
3. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
4. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
5. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
