Job Requirements
Graduated from Bachelor Degree of Human Resources Management or other relevant degree
Excellent knowledge of job analysis, job evaluation, organization development and reward management techniques
Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude
Having an experience in palm oil plantation or consulting industries is more preferable
