QES GROUP OF COMPANIES Is Looking For Group Accounts Executive at Shah Alam/Subang Full Time

We are principally involved in the distribution of inspection, test and measurement equipment, materials and engineering solutions. We also manufacture optical inspection equipment, automated handling equipment.

In line with the business expansion, we are currently seeking a motivated candidate to fill up the vacancy of Accounts Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in closing of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounts for the Group managed entities.
• Assists in the preparation of Group’s annual budget, statutory reports, and monthly consolidation management report.
• Assists in the preparation of financial analysis and interpretation of financial data.
• Assists in the foreign subsidiaries reporting and treasury and cash management when required.
• Coordinates and liaises with both internal and external stakeholders for accounting related matters.
• Assists in the system enhancements, standardization of processes, and areas for improvement.
• Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have at least a degree in accounting or finance, or those with a partial or full professional qualification (MICPA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICA, ICAA, CIMA) and brings along with a min of 2 years of experience in the relevant capacity.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Oracle NetSuite Accounting will be advantageous.
• Trustworthy, able to work independently and have an eye for details.
