Scenic Hotel Group Is Looking For Cafe Manager at Dunedin Central, Otago Full Time

• Oversight of the running of the cafe based inside of Scenic Hotel Southern Cross including rosters and staff training
• Planning and assisting in the design of seasonal cafe menus.
• Taking a proactive approach to implementing service improvements to drive success.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
The successful candidate will need to have:

• 3-5 years relevant cafe experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, and
• An LCQ qualification, and a current Managers Certificate would be valued
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

About the role:

• Based at he Scenic Hotel Southern Cross in Dunedin,
• Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Rotating roster that will  include some weekends.
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent position
