1. System Knowledge
a. Pegasus / CRM / ECOM

2. Knowledge of the following products:
– Voice/ eVolve Service [Phonenet, BizDel, BizVoice, SingNet eVolve, BDL, Phonenet, SaaS etc]
– Mobile Services [Different Plans and Value-Added Services]
– Data Services [Domestic Data, International Data, Cyber Security etc]
3. Skill Set
– Required to understand different schemes and plans and value-added combinations in order to pick correct Pegasus components
– To be able to raise orders for Government Project within a short period of time
– Need to liaise with CSE/SDE on request details, Credit Management for blacklisting, Number Managements Team to allocated numbers for Voice and Mobile services
Candidates who do not have the necessary skills and knowledge will be provided with the necessary training.
