Updates competitor database by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations; distributing reports.
Responsible for planning and execution of in-store/customer events and outpost.
Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross function collaboration with sales and promotion team.
Focus on advertising, direct mail, public relations, collateral, marketing research, and other marketing communications
Organizing promotional events or advertising as part of marketing strategies and oversee the design, editing and publication of promotional materials, such as flyers and advert posts
Support marketing activities through the planning, organization, and implementation of market research to obtain data that gives information regarding consumer preferences and market trends
Assembles consumer rating reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations.
Responsible for contacting potential customers through cold calls, emails or home visits in order to create awareness for products and improve sales.
Establish good rapport with clients and ensure customer relationship is maintained to reduce clientele attrition.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in relevant field;
Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience E-Commerce, Social Media and other relevant field;
Able to travel outstation or out of Malaysia as and when required;
Required languages: English, Malay, Mandarin and Cantonese
