RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain & support all IT Hardware, Software, Networking, Server Troubleshooting and Office Automation devices and Purchases related matters.
• Involve some programming / scripting effort in some IT support tasks.
• Providing technical support on-site and/or via remote-access systems.
• Involve in IT research & development, especially in new technology.
• Provide IT support to all operating centres which covering both nationwide and overseas.
• Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 year(s) relevant working experience.
• Candidate with experience in Software Development will be considered for Software Development role.
• Object-oriented and web-based programming knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in IT technical support, such as: PC Hardware, basic Networking, VMWare Virtualization & Microsoft applications in end-users environment.
• Willing to travel in both local and overseas on projects and other relevant IT support tasks.
• Able to meet the required deadlines.
