Join an online retail business in the interiors industry and enjoy a role supporting the Customer Services team with all admin relating to customer orders and progressing the order to the factory. You’ll also provide backup customer services.
Enjoy a varied role. You’ll take order information and compile accurate information for production to commence, coordinating with customers and production along the way. Answer phones and enter information about enquiries received. Then monitor inwards and outwards goods, and potentially help with packaging them.
You’ll work in an environment where queries come mainly online but also via the showroom and phone.
To thrive in the role you have the following attributes:
- Previous office administration experience
- Be detail focused and accurate, double-checking before production is given the go-ahead
- Have great customer services skills and be easy to do business with
- Possess great coordination skills, and common-sense
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure everyone is on the same page
- Be a team player with a professional manner
- Naturally have solid computer skills and reasonable typing
