Receives email messages and provide necessary actions on those requiring urgent attention, prioritize and facilitate communication.
Performs variety of administrative duties/functions as required by the daily operations in the site.
Handles logistics in organizing operational meetings/conferences.
Coordinates office activities and functions with other departments such as: Accounting Department, HR Dept., Purchasing, etc. and with other TP Sites as needed.
Coordinates the cleanliness and orderliness of the site with Facilities Admin and/or with Maintenance Services team.
Handles Petty cash fund for the site�s immediate need of expenses and replenishes it from time to time.
Sends monthly reminder to all departments/accounts for the submission of monthly office supplies requirements.
Submits approved monthly consolidated office supplies request to Purchasing Dept.
Receives delivery of monthly office supplies.
Distributes monthly office supplies to various department/account users/requestors.
Prepares on-line PR and submits such for on-line approval.
Performs other duties and assignment that may be assigned or required by the Supervisor or Manager.
Coordinates various arrangements such as schedule and venue of meetings, hotel/restaurant reservations, ground transportation service, etc.
Performs printing jobs related to client presentation, QBR and operational materials.
Facilitates printing and preparation of welcome banners and posters as per request.
Required Skills:
Previous experience as Administrative Assistant is definitely an advantage.
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications specially Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
