Job Description
- Identifying, qualifying, securing business opportunities and coordinating business generation activities.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals
- Collaborating with sales and leadership team to secure, retain, and grow business accounts
- Creating informative presentations and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings and conferences
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information
- Cold calling; making multiple calls to potential clients; help in closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
- Assist digital marketing team with creative content creation, social media posts, newsletter and email marketing.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
