Qualifications & experience
- Applicants need to have the ability to interact and relate with people from all ethnic backgrounds and a genuine want to care for other people
- No experience is required although any experience in the horticultural or pastoral care industries is preferable
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist and care for workers with medical, personal and work-related issues.
- Taking workers to medical visits and ensuring workers get to any follow up appointments
- Assist with international worker arrivals, departures, and inductions
- Assist with general worker enquiries relating to work, pay travel or accommodation
- Ensure workers comply with and accommodation standards and treat each other with respect. Carry out regular room visits
