Windross Farm Golf Course, one of the premier golf facilities in New Zealand and located 25km south of the Auckland CBD, is looking for a Head Professional to lead their golf, retail & coaching operations.

Working closely with the General Manager, your main focuses will be:
- Front-facing service to club members and guests during peak periods.
- Manage the golf fixture and provide administrative support and guidance to the Golf Committee.
- Oversee the retail operations and lead sales performance.
- Develop membership pathways through strategic coaching programs.
- Promote green fee, golf cart and corporate golf revenue during off-peak periods.
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting requirements.
The successful applicant will be:
- PGA Qualified and currently affiliated – capacity to coach essential.
- Possess strong organisation and administration skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a small team of professionals.
- Have a working knowledge of golf operations and retail.
Working hours are flexible – the preferred days covered under the salary agreement are Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday (25hrs/week). The balance of days/hours, the employee will be encouraged to coach on the practice facilities at an agreed commission rate.
