Winrock International is looking for a Service Desk Intern who’s looking for a great way to launch his/her career. If you are seeking new challenges and additional responsibilities that will give you the opportunity to work with a variety of systems and applications, this is the job for you. You will gain understanding and experience to be the first line of support for tickets submitted by our internal employees globally and play a role in troubleshooting and building relationships with our internal stakeholders. You will have a hands-on role with significant expectations to contribute both technically and culturally. The role will report directly to the Service Desk Associate Director.
