These are fantastic remote working positions that will allow you to connect directly with communities and customers across the country responding to queries and resolving problems. About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Whether by phone or email, this team is a busy bunch – they work hard to achieve their goals as a group. They provide quality and efficient customer service within agreed targets for our customers. With high volumes of work, they are helping over 1000 kiwi’s each day. There is never a dull moment and the work is highly satisfying.
About You | Mōu
You should be a highly customer focused individual, process oriented with a good eye for detail and ability to multitask. As the work is remote, it is essential that you have contact centre experience and know your way around a computer so you can hit the ground running! Here’s what else you’ll need to succeed in the role:
Internet – reliable high speed broadband / wifi
Ideally a private room with office desk to fit 2 screens and a chair
A degree of Technical knowledge and computer literacy
Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport

Customer Care Operates Monday to Sunday from 5am – 11.30pm and all shifts and hours will be discussed in the interview process.
