Responsibility

1. Manage collection including cash, direct debits, bank transfer, cheques and cards
2. Issue official receipts, refund & credit note
3. Liaise with customers and the sales team
4. Prepare aging and other reports for HOD’s
5. Contact customers for payment overdue
6. Generate statement, reminder letter & initial legal letter
7. Responding to client inquiries
8. Travelling require 
9. Any other duties assigned by HOD’s from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree, LCCI or Equivalent relevant education.
• Preference having 1 year of experience in Account / Retail Industry.
• Required language: English, Mandarin, and Malay. (as candidate needs to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
• Required skill (s) : MS Office and Computer literal.
• Added additional advantage : Account software
• Work Location : Johor – Kulai / Ulu Choh
